Pascal and Bella are so easy to work with their prices cannot be beat. It only took 10 days from when I placed my order for me to have my laser at my doorstep. It’s built well put together very nicely and light burn recognized it instantly it is running flawlessly. What a great company will definitely buy from them again in the future.
I purchased my fiber laser from Haotian based on a recommendation from a friend who had dealt with this company in the past. From the moment I reached out to them via email for a quote, Pascal and Bella were both extremely professional and very responsive to the myriad of questions that I had. I've never owned a Fiber laser prior to this and they were super patient and answered all my questions in lay terms that a newb could understand. After the sale, I had additional setup questions and they continued to be extremely responsive and offered me assistance well after normal business hours via FB messenger. Even more impressive, all the lens corrections and settings had been fine tuned and memorialized on metal engraved cards attached to the side of my laser source. The only settings I really had to tweak were some timing, offset and scale adjustments I couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction and will most definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!
