I ordered the 3D 15 Watt UV from Pascal. It is well made and is very strong. Lenmark is actually a very simple program, It takes a little bit of work to understand but folks like me are some times asked to help and usually 1 to 2 hours it is simplified. I also have the 100 watt fiber with # D head. Have two other CO2 lasers and all were from my trusted friend Pascal at Hoatian. the 10 watt uv is also really good. Really good youtube video on Hoatian YOUTUBE page showing exactly how to use it. It is a 10 watt uv but is the same as 15 watt. I would encourage you to buy the 10 watt at least. If you can then get the 15 watt.

I'm computer illiterate, and Pascal Liu was amazing. Highly recommend this vendor for your laser engraving needs. I opted for a 60W machine, so I shouldn't need to upgrade down the road. So far, with a little help from Pascal and his team, the machine is up and running well. Already starting to put out paid work. Will definitely use him for my needs in the future.
Pascal, my rep, was incredibly helpful! I received my fiber laser as ordered with spare components and test materials too. The shipment arrived quickly and the only delays were a result of customs and the delivery company, not at all the fault of Pascal, Liaocheng Haotian Machinery, or Alibaba. I will definitely recommend this machine and Pascal to anyone interested in purchasing. Very pleased!!!
