I spent a few weeks researching laser machine. I went with Pascal because he was the most professional. Help me with all the questions and not just copy-paste responses. It was my first Alibaba purchase so I was a little bit wary. The laser arrived yesterday in great condition. It was well packed and arrived very fast. Any future laser purchases will be through Liaocheng Haotian Machinery.

I recently purchased two laser machines from this company - a 60W CO2 laser and a 5W UV laser. While the CO2 machine arrived well-packaged and intact, I encountered several issues with the UV laser that have left me frustrated.
Packaging and Shipping Damage
The 5W UV laser was inadequately packed, allowing the galvo head to impact the crate's interior during transit. This resulted in damage to the galvo head. In contrast, the 60W CO2 laser was properly secured and arrived undamaged. The stark difference in packaging quality between the two machines is concerning.
Missing and Damaged Parts
Upon inspection, I discovered that the rotating tower piece that I purchased extra for the CO2 machine lacked the necessary threads to attach it to the tower. Additionally, the damaged galvo head on the UV laser renders it unusable in its current state.
Customer Service Response
I promptly reported these issues to Brad, the customer service associate, providing photographic evidence of the damage. While he acknowledged the problem, the resolution has been slow. After 14 days, I'm still awaiting the replacement part for the UV laser.
I just got this maybe an hour ago. I am impressed with the packaging and the laser looks to be in good condition. My only complaint is that there is no set of instructions for putting it together. This is being resolved because customer service is very helpful. Pascal is very active on Facebook and reaches out to you very fast. Would highly recommend working with this company. This is a very different experience from my purchasing a CO2 laser off of Ebay. There was no customer support and no way to contact them. So if you are looking for a fiber laser, highly recommend this company.
