Warranty & Support Policy

At HaoTian Laser, we stand behind the quality and performance of our laser machines with the best warranty possible.
*3-year limited warranty  For our Fiber Laser  systems
*18-month limited warranty For our Galvo C02 and UV systems.
Our goal is to ensure your equipment operates reliably and efficiently throughout its lifecycle.

What’s Covered:
During the warranty period, if any non-laser source component (such as electronic or mechanical parts) fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide replacement parts at no cost to you—including shipping.

Laser Source Coverage:
If the laser source itself experiences a manufacturer-related issue during the warranty period, it will need to be returned to us for service or replacement. We will cover all associated shipping costs, both ways, and ensure it is repaired or replaced promptly.

Lifetime Technical Support:
All HaoTian Laser customers receive lifetime access to our technical support team. Our experienced after-sales service tech support is available to help with troubleshooting, setup, and operational guidance whenever needed.

Important Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., electrical surges, physical impact, or environmental damage).
  • Proof of purchase and a description of the issue may be required for warranty claims.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage after remote diagnosis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refund Policy

Each machine is custom built to your specific requirements. 
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

If you experience any issues with your product, please refer to our Warranty Policy. We are committed to resolving any valid warranty-related concerns promptly and professionally.

In certain exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be warranted after being reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you choose to cancel your order prior to the receipt of your machine, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to the entire invoiced amount.
Please note that once an order has shipped from our factory, it is no longer cancelable.


Returns & Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected at our facility. You will then be informed of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the inspection is completed. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us for assistance.

Returned items must be in “like new” condition. Missing, damaged, or modified items will not be eligible for a refund, or the cost of those items may be deducted from the refund amount.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. The 3% credit card processing fee and all shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If a refund is issued, these fees and costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
